30-Day Window (No Physical Returns)
All sales are final — we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, email stores.jaj@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos/video. If approved, we’ll offer a refund or a free replacement, as appropriate. Do not mail items to any address; unauthorized returns will be refused.
Eligibility for a Resolution
To qualify for a resolution (refund or replacement), the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Evidence requirements: The evidence you send must clearly show all sides of the product and the items mentioned above. Blurry photos/videos or media that appear edited or altered using technology (including artificial intelligence) will not be accepted. We may request additional evidence if needed.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refund or replacement except where defective or incorrect: perishables, custom/personalized products, personal care goods, and hazardous materials/flammable liquids/gases. We also cannot offer refunds on final-sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Because we don’t accept physical returns, exchanges are handled as replacements for the same item when approved. If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund. (We do not offer exchanges for a different product.)
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve reviewed your case and let you know if a refund was approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at stores.jaj@gmail.com.
