Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States (continental U.S.). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO at this time.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once your package ships.

Delivery times (estimated)

  • Standard (U.S.): 7–15 business days after dispatch
    Delivery estimates exclude weekends/holidays and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays, weather, or events beyond our control.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item(s). Any promotional free-shipping offers will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Tracking
Tracking information is typically available within 3–5 business days of shipment. If your tracking number shows no movement after 7 business days, contact us and we’ll check with the carrier.

Multiple items / Split shipments
To deliver faster, items in the same order may ship separately from different partner warehouses. You’ll receive a tracking link for each shipment.

Address accuracy & changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We can attempt address changes within 12 hours of ordering—email us ASAP with your order number. We’re not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery issues

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. If still missing, contact us— we’ll help you file a carrier claim.

  • Damaged/incorrect item: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video so we can resolve it quickly (see our Return Policy).

Customs, duties & taxes
Orders may be shipped from our partner warehouses in the U.S. or abroad. Any duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

No physical returns
We do not accept physical returns. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos/video—we’ll refund or replace as appropriate. See our Return Policy for full details.

Force Majeure
We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, customs holds).
